    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 22, 2004, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. The parties have reached a settlement agreement, although petitioner still needs to
    submit an amended budget. Petitioner agreed to mail a 90-day waiver of the decision deadline
    by tomorrow.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 23, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
     
    The statutory decision deadline for this case is November 9, 2004.
