HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 20, 2004, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The parties continue to wait for the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency to comment on the proposed settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on August 19, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter.
