HEARING OFFICER ORDER

  

On July 15, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. This matter is related to PCB 04-207. The parties requested that this matter be

stayed until they decide on how to proceed in PCB 04-207. The parties’ request is granted.

The parties are reminded that a telephonic status conference with the hearing officer is

scheduled for September 30, 2004, at 10:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

propose hearing dates.
