PETITION
FOR
REVIEW
I spoke with Mr.
Kent Johnson this morning on the phone at approximately 9:00
am from
theMarion
office.
I told
Mr.
Johnson that we finally had gotten a dumpster delivered to
our property
on
955 Country
Club
Road.
We
had a tractor rented for July 10, 2004 and we would
have the existing
problem taken care
of this weekend so that he
could come out to inspect our property the week of July ~
There
has
been
a
delayin the
clean up of the property due to
excessive water holding on the ground.
We
have tried numerous times to clean the debris but was unable
due to trucks getting stuck in the mud.
We
ask that you would
reconsider the citations impose on
John Brown Painting.
Due to the fact that this
company
no
longer exists.
We are
2
individuals not a company and the fines are very steep to have to
pay.
We can
not afford the expense.
We
are compiling
with the State of Illinois request to
clean the
property and dispose of the material at
an appropriate site.
The debris will be
disposed of with Mid
West
Waste,
Marion,
IL.
I
have enclosed
a copy of the cost of the delivery of the dumpster and upon pick up
of the
dumpster
I will get a dump
receipt and have this information sent to you at that time.
We will
have the dumpster picked up
by July
16th
if
Mid
West Waste Company is able to fit the removal into their
schedule.
We
deeply apologize for any inconvenient and waste
of time that the State
has
incurred with the delays
we have
had in
postponing the removal of debris.
