    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On July 15, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties report that the noise has been reduced. However, complainants
    report that the north fan is still too loud. According to respondent, nothing further can be done.
    A hearing was tentatively set for October 6, 2004. Discovery should be completed by
    August 19, 2004.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:30 a.m. on August 31, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
    the complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
