    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    On May 11, 1998, the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) and Leyden
    High School (petitioner) filed a request for extension of the 35-day appeal period pursuant to
    Section 40 of the Environmental Protection Act (415 ILCS 5/40(a)(1) (1996)), relating to an
    April 6, 1998, Agency determination. The Board granted this request on May 21, 1998, and
    reserved this docket for any appeal which might be filed. On June 1, 1998, petitioner filed a
    letter withdrawing its request for extension, stating that the disputed issues had been resolved.
    The Board accordingly dismisses this matter and closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
