HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 8, 2004, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent did not appear.
Petitioner represented that the respondent has recently approved the high priority site
classification. The petitioner will now draft a budget action plan and forward it to the
respondent for its review. Petitioner represented that it will file a 120-day waiver of the statutory
decision deadline.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on
October 14, 2004, at 11:45 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but
each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the
parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
