    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 2, 2004, the respondent filed a motion for a seven-day extension of time to file
    the records in the above-captioned matters. The respondent represents that the parties have no
    objection. The respondent’s motion is granted. To that end, the records in these matters are now
    due to be filed on or before July 13, 2004. The parties’ responses to the Board’s order of
    June 17, 2004, regarding the appropriateness of consolidating the above-captioned appeals is
    now due on or before July 26, 2004. It is noted that the parties represented that they need to
    review the record prior to their respective responses.
     
    The petitioners are reminded to file a minimum 40-day waiver of the statutory decision
    deadline.
     
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
