    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 7, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. The parties report that PCB dockets 03-156, 03-157, and 03-158 will probably be
    settled. Respondent agreed to file the administrative record in PCB dockets 04-151, 04-152, 04-
    153, and 04-154 by July 28, 2004.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 28, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
    At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
     
    Petitioner filed open waivers of the statutory decision deadlines in all seven consolidated
    dockets.
