    On June 29, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer.
    The respondents represented that they will timely file their respective answers.
    The complainant represented that it will review the answers prior to the next status
    conference.
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic status
    conference with the hearing officer on August 4, 2004, at
    10:00 a.m.
    The telephonic status
    conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each p~arty
    is nonetheless responsible for its
    own appearance.
    At the conference the parties must be preparedto discuss the status ofthe
    above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
