HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 29, 2004, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, respondent was
working with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) on stack testing protocol,
and was supposed to have filed a report with the Agency in May 2004.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on July 29, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
