HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 29, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s technical unit is reviewing petitioner’s request to modify, which
may resolve issues relating to long term compliance.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on August 31, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this case.
