    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On June 24, 2004, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, petitioner’s
    environmental consultant was supposed to have met with respondent’s permitting division on a
    final issue.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 27, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
