    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On June 24, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties have reached an agreement. Complainant just sent the stipulation
    and settlement agreement to respondent for his signature. The parties expect to file the
    agreement with the Board within the next 30 days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 1:30 p.m. on August 24, 2004. Complainant will initiate the call.
