HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 24, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant will send the proposed stipulation and settlement agreement to
respondent next week for his signature.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on July 27, 2004. If the proposed stipulation and settlement agreement is
filed before that date, the status conference shall be cancelled with no further notice.
