in that opinion, the Board will receive public comment on the proposed amendments

amendments based on this proposal.
Specifically, the segment ofthe amendments involved in Part 310 implements the federal
July 21, 2003 new methods for microbiological analysis ofwater and wastewater and the

new methods.
Further, the Board
uses this opportunity to update the incorporation oftwo federal statutes by reference to
include the latest versions ofthose statutes.
Those two
statutes are the Clean Water Act
and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.

list numerous corrections and amendments that are not based on current federal
