    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On June 22, 2004, the parties contacted the hearing officer separately regarding this
    matter. Petitioner has submitted a proposed ELUC (Environmental Land Use Covenant)
    pursuant to TACO (Tiered Approach to Corrective Objective) which is currently under review
    by respondent’s technical unit. The ELUC is one of the final steps in resolving this matter.
    Petitioner agreed to file an additional decision deadline waiver no later than July 20, 2004.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on July 13, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
    At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
     
    The decision deadline is currently October 21, 2004.
