ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.P. Novak):

On June 2, 2004, petitioner Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (ISTHA) filed a
Motion to File an Amended Petition for Review of Agency Modification of High Priority
Corrective Action Plan and Budget and also filed its Amended Petition. In its motion, ISTHA
states that its original petition inadvertently included an exhibit that pertains to another site and is
not relevant to the Lincoln Oasis South. ISTHA further states that Counsel for the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency has no objection to the motion. The Board grants the motion
    and accepts ISTHA’s Amended Petition.

On June 3, 2004, the Board received a document with the instruction that “[t]he attached
6 pages are to Replace Exhibit A of the ‘Amended Petition for Review of High Priority
Corrective Action Plan and Budget’ In PCB 04-141 Dated June 2, 2004. Inadvertently, only the
first page was copied and attached.” The Board acknowledges that it has received that Exhibit
A, with which the Amended Petition now appears to be complete.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.

I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on June 17, 2004, by a vote of 5-0.
