ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J.P. Novak):
On June 4, 2004, Aqua Illinois, Inc. filed a Notice of Name Change stating that petitioner
Consumers Illinois Water Company has changed its name to Aqua Illinois, Inc. The Board
construes this notice as a Motion to Amend Caption under 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.500(a). Noting
that Certificate of Service under 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.304(d) accompanied the motion, the
Board grants the motion and amends the caption in this matter.
