    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    The parties are advised that this matter has been assigned to the hearing officer identified
    below. From this date forward, any pleading filed with the Clerk of the Board in this matter
    must also be served individually on the hearing officer.
     
    On June 17, 2004, the Board accepted the petition for review as filed by respondent Tom
    Romero. The Board directed complainant to file proof of service on respondent Robert Adams
    by July 1, 2004. The Board also noted that default judgments will be entered against respondents
    Arlyn Ray and Rita Adams because they did not file petitions for review within the time period
    allowed.
     
    The complainant and respondent Romero are directed to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer at 3:00 p.m. on July 6, 2004. The telephone status
    conference will be initiated by the complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the
    status of this matter.
