HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

  

On June 17, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. The

respondent filed a motion for reconsideration on June 16, 2004. The complainant represented

that it intends to file a response. To that end, complainant’s response is due to be filed on or

before July 19, 2004. The respondent is given leave to file its reply on or before August 19,

2004.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on October 13, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
