HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 17, 2004, the petitioners informed the hearing officer that the above-captioned
matters are close to settling but the petitioners are awaiting the final approval from the
respondent. Once approved, the petitioners represented that they intend to file a motion to
voluntarily dismiss the above-captioned matters.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on June 30, 2004, at 9:15 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the petitioners,
but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the
parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily dismiss the above-captioned appeals is filed
prior to the next status conference, the status conference will be cancelled without further order.
