HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 10, 2004, a telephonic status conference was held with the hearing officer.
Respondent Troy Williamson did not appear. The complainant represented that Williamson
contacted it and stated that due to inclement weather, he was not yet able to clean up the site in
the timeframe originally set. Williamson represented to the complainant that he will proceed
with the clean up as weather permits. The complainant represented that it will circulate a draft
stipulation and proposal for settlement for review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on September 9, 2004, at 10:45 a.m. The parties are directed to call 1-866-215-5505 and
use the pass code 8011676. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the
status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
