HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 9, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that settlement discussions continue and that they are
optimistic that they have reached a settlement in principle. At present, the respondent is
reviewing an amended budget regarding the cost reimbursement issues.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on July 15, 2004, at 10:45 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily
dismiss this matter is filed prior to the next status conference, the status conference will be
cancelled without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
