HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 8, 2004, respondent participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant did not appear. Respondent has signed the proposed settlement
agreement, and will send it back to complainant. If the proposed settlement is filed with the
Board before July 15, 2004, the next telephone status conference shall be cancelled.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on July 15, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
