    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On June 9, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. Respondent will send petitioner a letter today responding to petitioner’s proposed
    settlement terms. Petitioner will review the letter, and decide before the next status conference
    whether it plans to file an additional waiver of the decision deadline or set this matter for
    hearing.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on July 1, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
    At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
     
    The statutory decision deadline for this case is currently October 21, 2004.
