    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On June 8, 2004, respondent contacted the hearing officer to request an extension of the
    deadline for its post-hearing brief to July 6, 2004. Complainant’s reply would then be due by
    July 20, 2004. According to respondent, complainant does not object. The request is granted;
    however, this will be the final extension granted by the hearing officer. If the parties are unable
    to file its documents by these dates, the parties will need to move for leave to file
    instanter
    with
    the Board.
