    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On June 4, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. The parties are negotiating a settlement, but have not ruled out the possibility of a
    hearing.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:00 a.m. on June 21, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
