DearBoard Members:

I have received the Board’s Opinion and Order concerningthe

above referenced case.

After seeing

the amounts assessed I have no choice but to proceed with appeal, because I have neither the

assets not

the

ability to pay these amounts.

There had been considerable sabotage to my equipment but due to my lack ofrepresentation,

dueto a lack

of

finds,

I was unable to get the information I had

admitted

for consideration.

It is a matter ofpublic record,

that

during

better

timesfor me, I personally donated the landfor the

Wamac City Park.

I did not and would not intentionally damage the environment in

and

around Wamac.

I respectfiully request the Boardto reconsiderthe penalties

assessed.
