HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On June 3, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. Respondent’s attorney may file a motion for summary judgment, but agreed to discuss
the possibility of settlement with complainant.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on July 6, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
