    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On June 3, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. Complainant will send another stipulation to respondent’s attorney. Respondent’s
    attorney will discuss the matter again with respondent. The parties still hope to settle this matter
    without hearing.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:30 p.m. on July 6, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant.
