NOW COMES the Plaintiff,
by LISA MADIGAN,
Attorney General
of the
State of Illinois,
and,
pursuant
to 35 Ill. Adm.
Code 101.500, moves
the Board for leave to supplement the Stipulation and Proposal for
Settlement,
and,
in support thereof,
states as follows:
1.
As
filed
on.
May
5,
2004,
the Stipulation and Proposal for
Settlement
(“Stipulation”)
in
this
matter
contemplated the inclusion
of
an
Attachment
D
to
the
Stipulation.
Stipulation
at
Section
VII.D.l.
Some
or
all
of
the
copies
of
the
Stipulation
filed
with
the
Board
on
May
5,
2004 inadvertently omitted the Attachment
D.
Attachment
D,
as stipulated to by the parties,
is attached to this
motion.
The Board issued an order dated May 20, 2004 directing the
Clerk of the Board to publish notice of the Stipulation.
2.
The Complainant,
therefore,
requests that the Board
supplement the Stipulation with Attachment
D,’
as attached to this
motion and that the Board modify its order of May 20,
2004 to ensure
that the public notice reflects the entirety of the Stipulation.
Counsel for the Respondent has authorized theComplainant to state
that the Respondent has no objection to this motion.
