HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 27, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that have settled the above-captioned matter and that a
joint motion to voluntarily dismiss will be filed within the next 30 days.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on July 1, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily
dismiss is filed prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without
further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
