HEARING OFFICER ORDER
The parties are hereby notified that this matter has been assigned to the hearing officer
identified below. From this date forward, any pleading or document filed with the Clerk of the
Board in this matter must also be served individually on the hearing officer.
On May 27, 2004, the petitioner informed the hearing officer that it will file a waiver of
the statutory decision deadline to and including November 3, 2004.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on June 22, 2004, at 2:00 p.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
