    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 27, 2004, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner continues to report progress on the
    development of a new a regional water treatment facility in Shelbyville, Illinois. This regional
    treatment center would process sewage for petitioner, and would result in petitioner’s withdrawal
    of this permit appeal. Funding for this project has been received from state and federal agencies,
    and petitioner expects to find out about additional funding within the next six months. The
    design for the facility is being finalized, and easement acquisitions should be completed in about
    60 days. Petitioner was not yet able to determine when construction may begin.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 8:30 a.m. on November 17, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
     
    There is an open waiver of the decision deadline in this docket.
