HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

On May 20, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The parties represented that the settlement discussions are not proceeding as

expected, but discussions do continue. To that end, the parties submitted a revised and proposed

discovery schedule on May 25, 2004. The proposed discovery schedule is accepted to the extent

as follows: all validly subpoenaed depositions must be scheduled on or before July 30, 2004; all

validly subpoenaed depositions must be completed on or before September 30, 2004; all

supplemental requests for discovery, including requests to admit, interrogatories and notices of

depositions derived from supplemental discovery must be served on or before October 29, 2004;

all discovery to be completed on or before November 30, 2004.

 

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on July 15, 2004,

at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is

nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be

prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
