HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On May 24, 2004, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner reports that its environmental consultant

still needs to meet with respondent’s permitting division on a final issue before this case may be

resolved. Petitioner’s attorney expects the meeting to take place within the next 30 days.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 24, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the

petitioner.

 

Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
