HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 20, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that they continue to discuss settlement and that a
counter-offer from the complainant is being reviewed by the respondent. The parties requested
that another status be scheduled before continuing with discovery and setting a hearing date.
The parties request is granted.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on June 24, 2004,
at 11:45 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
