HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 18, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent requested an additional three weeks to respond to complainants’
discovery requests, and complainants did not object. Accordingly, the request is granted, and
respondent’s responses are due June 8, 2004. At that time, complainants will review the
discovery responses to determine if any further information is needed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on June 22, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainants, although each party is responsible for their own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
