HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 13, 2004, the respondent filed a motion for an extension of time to file its
response to petitioners’ motion for summary judgment, to and including May 28, 2004. On May
17, 2004, petitioner Village of Robbins filed its response to the respondent’s motion stating that
it had no objection. On May 18, 2004, petitioner Allied Waste Transportation, Inc. filed its
response to the respondent’s motion stating that it had no objection. To that end, respondent’s
motion is granted. Respondent’s response to the petitioners’ motion for summary judgment is
due to be filed on or before May 28, 2004.
The parties or their legal representatives are reminded that a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer is scheduled for May 27, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic conference
must be initiated by the petitioners, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
