RESPONSE TO RESPONDENT’S MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME
NOW COMES Allied Waste Transportation, Inc., one of the Petitioners in the above
captioned matter, and for a response to the Respondent, Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency’s Motion for Extension ofTime in which to file a Response, states as follows:
1.
That on the 12th day of May, 2004, the Petitioner herein received a Motion for
Extension of Time filed by the Respondent, Illinois Environmental Protection Agency in the
above-mentioned matter.
2.
Based upon the same, the Petitioner, Allied Waste Transportation, Inc., has no
objection to the Respondent being allowed until May 28, 2004 to file its response to the
Petitioner’s Motion for Summary Judgment.
