HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On May 13, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The respondent represented that it will file the record by May 14, 2004, there

being no objection from the petitioner. Respondent also represented that it will review the

additional information forwarded to it by the petitioner within the next 7 days and contact the

petitioner as to its decision.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on June 17, 2004, at 1:45 p.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the petitioners, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of

the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
