    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 13, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Petitioner will confer with its environmental consultant to determine whether
    this matter has been resolved. The parties will meet on May 18, 2004 to discuss the status of the
    settlement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on June 22, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
    At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
     
    The statutory decision deadline for this case is November 9, 2004.
