HEARING OFFICER ORDER

  

On May 13, 2004, the complainant requested that a hearing date be scheduled in this

matter after August 15, 2004. The complainant also informed the hearing officer that it intends

to take one deposition prior to the hearing. A hearing date will be scheduled at the next status

conference.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on July 15, 2004, at 9:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
