HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 13, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties expect to file a proposed stipulation and settlement agreement within
the next 30 days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on July 15, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant. If the proposed settlement is filed before July 15, 2004, the meeting shall be
cancelled with no further notice.
