HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 11, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent sent additional information to complainant, and the parties plan to
meet with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to discuss settlement. The parties agree
that respondent’s answer to the complaint will not be due until such time as it appears that a
hearing will be needed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on June 29, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
