    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 11, 2004, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, in light of
    respondent’s proposed rulemaking on reimbursement rates, petitioner’s attorney will speak to
    petitioner about submitting a revised budget.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 9, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
