HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 6, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer. The respondent represented that the parties have been exchanging draft settlement
documents to the complainants for review and comment. The respondent also represented that
the building plans should be available within 3 weeks. The respondent will then proceed to
interior design and applying for the appropriate building permits from the Village.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on July 8, 2004, at 9:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the complainants,

parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
