HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 4, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer. In light of the Board’s decision in Illinois Ayers Oil Co. v. IEPA, PCB 03-214,
respondent is reviewing petitioner’s request, and will respond to petitioner by the end of the
month. Petitioner agreed to file a waiver of the decision deadline to October 21, 2004, within the
next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on June 9, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
matter.
The statutory decision deadline for this case is currently August 5, 2004.
