    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 4, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. A hearing was set for June 10, 2004. The parties have agreed that petitioner’s brief will
    be due August 4, 2004, and respondent’s brief will be due September 17, 2004. Petitioner agreed
    to file a waiver of the decision deadline to October 21, 2004, within the next seven days.
     
    The current statutory decision deadline for this case is August 19, 2004.
